Where can I buy a gift card?

• At the Zoo: Administration Office in the U.S. Bank Gathering Place
• Online: shop.milwaukeezoo.org/#/GiftCard

 

How do I receive my gift card/Bonus Bucks?

• If purchased at the Zoo, you will receive both your gift card and Bonus Bucks at the time of purchase.
• If purchased online, the gift card will be sent to you electronically, and Bonus Bucks will be mailed to you.

 

Where can I redeem GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards can be redeemed online or at the Zoo.

Redeem online for:

• Admission & parking tickets
• Special event tickets
• Wild Connections tours

*Not valid: Online store, Zoo Passes

 

Redeem at the Zoo for:

• Admission & parking
• Merchandise and souvenirs: Zoo Shop, West End Gift Shop, or merchandise carts
• Food: Restaurants and snack stops
• Attractions: North Shore Bank Safari Train, Penzeys Carousel, Sky Safari, Sky Adventure Zip Line & Ropes Courses, Giraffe Experience presented by Miller Lite, Meijer Zoo Expeditions, Dinosaur Discovery sponsored by Sendik’s Food Market, Gorilla Trek VR Experience

Bonus Bucks can only be redeemed at the Zoo for:

What if I lose my gift card or Bonus Bucks certificate?
Gift cards and Bonus Bucks are not replicable if lost, stolen, or damaged.

 

When do gift cards expire?
Gift cards do not have an expiration date.

 

When do Bonus Bucks expire?
Bonus Bucks are valid June 1, 2024 – August 31, 2024 and can only be redeemed at the Zoo.

 

Does the gift card need to be $100, or can it be in different increments?
Gift cards can be purchased in any increment, but total gift card amount at the time of purchase must be at least $100.

 

How can I find my gift card balance?
