The 2010-11 Giving Tree at the Zoo

The zookeepers at the Milwaukee County Zoo would like to give a heartfelt "thank you" to all of the people who donated gifts and monetary donations to our animals during the holiday season.  People took time out of their hectic schedules and gave generously, and for that we are so grateful.  Thank you for you kindness, and the animals thank you, too!

Mahal
Thanks to the generosity of Giving Tree donors, Mahal's keepers can purchase enrichment items for him and his fellow orangutans.

Otters
Oscar and Buddy, our North American river otters, will receive new frisbees for enrichment.
